- Old DR is 20.02% (As per the GO.10).
- As per the GO.51, sanctioned DR is 2.73% (Enhanced DR).
- DR enhanced from 01.01.2022.
- So, DR was enhanced from 20.02% to 22.75%.
- Now Present DR is 22.75% (Total)

How to Calculate the New DR
The new DR will be calculated as follows:
- Basic Pension x 2.73% = Dearness Relief Amount
- Total Pension = Basic Pension + Dearness Relief Amount
Who is Eligible for the New DR?
All Telangana pensioners are eligible for the new DR. This includes:
