The AP Rythu Bharosa scheme is one of the nine Navratna welfare programs initiated by the Andhra Pradesh government to support farmers financially.

This scheme provides monetary assistance to farmer families, including tenant farmers across the state.

Under the AP Rythu Bharosa Scheme, each farmer’s family receives an annual financial aid of ₹13,500. This support helps farmers invest in quality inputs and services for improved crop productivity.

The scheme includes a contribution of ₹6,000 from the Government of India under the PM-KISAN scheme, distributed in three installments.

Benefits for Farmers

  • Land Owning Farmers: All land-owning farmer families, regardless of the size of their holdings, receive ₹13,500 annually per family.
  • Landless Tenant Farmers & ROFR Cultivators: Financial assistance of ₹13,500 per year is also extended to landless tenant farmers and ROFR cultivators belonging to SC, ST, BC, and Minority categories, funded by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria for AP Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  • Farmers in Andhra Pradesh who own cultivable land are eligible.
  • PM-KISAN Enrolled Farmers: Farmers already enrolled in the PM-KISAN scheme are automatically eligible.
  • Cultivators on Endowment/Temple Lands: Those farming on endowments, temples, or inam lands are also eligible.
  • Exclusions: Farmers or their family members holding posts as (Ex) & Present Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and MLCs are excluded from the scheme. However, other public representatives are eligible.
  • Government Employees & Income Tax Assessees: An unmarried child of a farmer who is a government employee or an income tax assessee does not disqualify the farmer unless they fall under any exclusion category.

How to Check AP Rythu Bharosa List 2024

  1. Visit the official website: https://ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in/.
  2. Login: Click on the “Login” option and enter your username, password, and captcha code.
  3. Forgot Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password,” enter your registered mobile number, and retrieve the OTP to reset your password.
  4. Search for Beneficiary: Enter the account number in the search box after logging in. The beneficiary details will appear on your screen.

How to Apply for the AP Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  1. Identification of Beneficiaries: The existing validated land ownership database is used to identify eligible farmers.
  2. Village Volunteers’ Role: Newly appointed village volunteers will identify eligible farmers and report to revenue officials.
  3. Final List Preparation: Revenue officials will prepare the final list of beneficiaries and submit it to the government.
  4. District-Wise List: The district-wise list of beneficiaries will be uploaded online, allowing farmers to check their eligibility.

Verification Process Under AP Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  • Data Verification: The revenue department will verify the beneficiary data against the web land data.
  • Error Rectification: The revenue department will correct any errors in the Webland data.
  • Random Verification: A random verification process will be conducted—5% at the mandal level and 2% at the divisional level.
  • Supervision: The entire verification process is supervised by deputy collectors at each assembly constituency.
  • System Integration: The Department of Agriculture is the system integrator, combining data from multiple sources, including web land, household surveys, and income tax records, to ensure accurate beneficiary identification.
