Making changes to the name involves two categories of mistakes: major and minor. It is considered a major mistake when more than three letters in the name need to be changed. Any changes to the entire name for the first time are also classified as major mistakes.
If less than three letters need to be changed, it is a minor mistake. Removing honorifics such as Mr., Dr., Mrs., and Miss is also considered a minor mistake.
