  3. Provide Details: The representative will ask for your phone number and other details to verify your account. Once confirmed, they will block your ID.

b) PhonePe

  1. Call: Dial 02268727374 or 08068727374 from another phone.
  2. Talk to Customer Care: Inform them that you lost your phone and need to block your PhonePe ID.
  3. Provide Details: Share your registered mobile number and any other requested information. The representative will then deactivate your PhonePe ID.

c) Paytm:

  1. Call: Dial 01204456456 from another phone.
  2. Logout from Phone Number: They might guide you to remotely log out of Paytm from your lost phone number (if possible).
  3. Visit Paytm Website: Go to https://paytm.com/ and click on “24×7 Help.”
