PF Details Correction: Easily Update EPF Online with UAN

How to Change EPF Details Online:

Follow these steps to update your EPF account details online:

1. Visit the official EPFO portal at epfindia.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Services” tab on the home page.
3. Scroll down and select the “For Employees” option.
4. Click on “Member UAN/Online Services.”
5. A new page will open. Enter your UAN, password, and captcha details to log in.
6. Your EPF account page will now display.
7. Select the “Manage” option from the screen.
8. Select the “Joint Declaration” option from the options that appear.
9. Enter your member ID and the details you wish to update.
10. Upload all necessary documents and submit your request.

What Your Employer Needs to Do:

Once the request is submitted, your employer must follow these steps:

1. Log in to the EPFO portal at epfindia.gov.in using their employer ID.
2. Click on the “Member” tab.
3. Select the “Joint Declaration Change Request” option.
4. The employer can review their records and accept or reject the employee’s request.
5. If the employer approves the subscriber’s request, it will be forwarded to the EPFO.
